We offer delivery and pick-up only. Our business hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM only.

Orders made before cut-off time but with late payments are processed the next day. For bulk orders that exceed our online stock level, please Viber us at 0968-606-1370 so that we can arrange this for you. There is no minimum amount to order. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

We deliver to selected cities in Metro Manila. Please see if you are within our delivery service area when you click HERE. We arrange for your delivery through a third-party courier partner such as Happymove or Lalamove. You can select your delivery time slot before checkout.

If your area is not within our delivery service area, we recommend you select Store Pick-up. We have limited slots for store pick-up. For Store Pick-up, please input your first name, last name and mobile number during Checkout. The address will automatically be set to our Kitchen address. 

We accept payments made through GCash, Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), Bank Transfer (BDO/Metrobank) and PayMaya. Our online payment gateway is secure and safe, powered by PayMaya Enterprise and PayMongo. Due to rising cases of fraud, international credit cards/debit cards are no longer accepted. 

If you paid online via Credit Card, GCash or PayMaya QR : Your payment is automatically received, and your order is confirmed. There is no need to email a screenshot of payment.

For bank transfer please deposit to the accounts below and send screenshot of payment slip and order reference number to samsamchikin@happyfoodsgroup.com so we can finalize your order.

If you chose GCash as your payment method upon order checkout, please click "GCash via Paymongo" and proceed to follow instructions on the page. This is automatic, and your payment is immediately confirmed.

  1. Open your GCash App. 
  2. Click "Pay QR".
  3. If you are using a laptop and a mobile phone, please use your phone to Scan the QR code below. 
  4. If you are using a mobile phone alone, please save the QR image on your phone first, and then open the GCash App to do #1-2, and then click "Upload QR". Please upload the QR image that you saved. 
  5. Please email your proof of deposit to: samsamchikin@happyfoodsgroup.com with your order reference number so we can confirm your order.  Kamsahamnida!

 You will receive a status update and delivery rider's name and number via email or SMS or Viber notification. 

In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:

  • Absence of the recipient
  • Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
  • Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully
  • Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
  • No-show cancellations
  • Failure to receive the Order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery

We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

Samsam Chikin is best consumed immediately.
